Hot Roast Beef Sandwich

For only the third time ever, we paid a babysitter to come and watch the kids while we met up with some friends.
Both of our meals were fine, but nothing to get excited about. As I had done the Polar Plunge earlier in the day, I was drawn to all things with heat, thus the Hot Roast Beef Sandwich.
