There is a place down the road from us, Hawkeye Food Distribution, where we buy some food in bulk occasionally. We don't go there often, but when we do, we usually buy things like 100 individually wrapped chips for $1 or a box of 250 tortillas for $1. Needless to say, we usually have these items on hand.
I really like making nachos. But, as it turns out, this is a really unhealthy way to get all of your veggies for the day in. This is a bag of said chips with some grated cheddar, mozzarella and some smoked Gouda. The Gouda can easily be overdone. But with a small amount mixed with the avocado, it gave the nachos an almost meaty taste. I also added sour cream, salsa and, of course, some sriracha for some heat.
