When we were kids, my little sister, Heather and I fought over the piece of fat inside the can of pork and beans. When we grew up, she went to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and I got fat. You decide who won. Needless to say, food is a big deal in my family. My brother, Arik is also a chef. He graduated from from one of the Cordon Bleu schools. Food Porn is just a way to present food in a sensual (not sexual) manner. Often times it is showing messy and unhealthy foods in a loving manner. My goal is to have this site be an open forum for food. Feel free to share food pics, recipes and recomendations for meals or restaurants. I've also included a list of 100 foods to eat that I will write an article about my experience with that food. I am really quite adventurous when it comes to food. I am willing to give anything a chance. I am not going to lie; I would try horse or dog. And if I was stranded on a deserted island, I would be the first to go cannibal.
