Vegetarian tacos are something that my older sister, Amber recommended to me once. This is a great meal to make quickly. All that you have to do is
season refried beans as you would the meat. Spread the beans over a tortilla, add some cheese and whatever toppings you would like. Avocados chunks are an in-between ground texturally. They are chunks, but they are also smooth like the refried beans. Add salsa and you are good to go.
